Dear Adam,
I saw you posted a problem, which you resolved on your own afterwards. It was crossfader+volume problem. I am very curious to know how you resolved it, because I am having exactly the same problem.

Here's my config.

Sony Vaio with external USB soundcard (because the built-in card never worked). In my external USB soundcard, I connected a mini-jack splitter. Left goes to Master and Right goes to headphones.

In VDJ I selected the following options : Outputs = Headphones and Soundcard = Monoseparated.

Where is the error ?
